Wednesday’s Word Have you ever had one of those weeks where you felt as though you were juggling so many things that your brain would burst and surely something important would fall through the cracks? And when everything was all said and done, your body collapses but your mind keeps running around like mouse in training for a triathlon? It’s not a good feeling and the older I get, the more I dislike that craziness.
Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Trench Classes United. There is nothing like scripture to rein it all in, mind, body and emotions! And yet, scripture needs to be our first go-to daily in order to accomplish any and all things that we do throughout the day, whether you’re a mom of little ones, teenagers, or someone who has the freedom to enjoy volunteer work for a cause or causes, and then of course, if you’re married, maintaining that marriage in a way that we are called to. Philippians 4:13: says: I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me! But…why do we do all that we do? See, the truth is, we can get so busy being busy that we lose focus and when that happens, it’s time for a three-point balance check:
What we are doing reveals who/what we are pursuing! So as we move forward in this new year, remember when feeling overwhelmed, push the pause button and ask yourself: why am I doing what I’m doing for whom I am doing it? This will reveal if you are working WITH Abba or for Him! There truly is a difference! Love, Kim-Evinda Tuesday’s Truth Click on the link below to learn what to do when feeling this way!

Thanks for joining us for Coffee Hour with Chicklit Power and Faith-Filled Friday’s with Trench Classes United. Enjoy this love letter from the heart of God to Debra’s heart now to yours.
Love Letter~ Good morning, My child. True love for Me means obeying My commands, and My commands don't weigh you down as heavy burdens. I never ask you to do anything that you cannot do; and then I give you the strength and the ability to do what I do ask. So My burden is not heavy. If you are feeling weighted down today, take a step back and do a quick inventory: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, then you will find what is putting a strain on you. Take care of yourself that you may be strong for My work. Rest when you need to rest. Take time with Me that your spirit can be refreshed. Be sharp, be quick to declare My Word. Have a Scripture for everything! Then you will have an encouraging word for everyone you meet along the way. Everything I do is to make you more like Me. Look at your life, your activities; do you look like Me? Beloved, let your love for Me flow through you causing you to love your neighbor as yourself. Thanks for joining us for Coffee Hour with Chicklit Power and Wednesday’s Word with Trench Classes United. So were you able to think of a couple of people who you normally reach out to and do life with…besides a significant other if you have one? Have you ever watched as runners approach the finish line? I’ll never forget the feeling of approaching the finish line to my first 10k race. The cheering and encouragement combined with the adrenaline spurred me on to not only reach that finish line, but to finish strong. Life can surely feel like a long never-ending marathon, miles of difficulties, challenges that cause incredible physical, emotional and even spiritual fatigue, twists and turns that create uncertainty, doubt, frustration. Why do we even attempt to do it alone? And then there are those moments in the race where we have much to celebrate, and should share with others on our team. Who do we rejoice with and how is it we celebrate the victories along the way? Did you know that God actually spoke those words, that it is not good for man/woman to be alone? Coffee Hour Friend, God predestined each one of us to be in relationship; to not isolate in times of trouble, to have others to rejoice with. The New Year is well on its way. Take a moment to pause, reflect and pray about your team; that when the 2019 finish line approaches, you finish strong. surrender to His serenity In the meantime join our Facebook community @ www.facebook.com/trenchclassesunited Love, Kim-Evinda Monday’s Message Establish yourself, they say Is it to be the best version of yourself…
Be someone, they say Or a version of yourself that is someone else? DO something, they say Try again. Be YOU again. BE something, they say You’ve made it this far, just raise the bar But who are you? Raise your standards What do YOU stand for? Not for those who conjecture Who do you establish yourself for? But for you and yourself Why are you always seeking to be more? Your identity was not created to be tampered, Instead be enamored For the world? By your faith in Him and His love for you For yourself? This is the missing piece or two For people you don’t even know To put your heart back into place Just to be known? Embrace your soul in His unending grace Being like everyone else Someone other than who you are right here, right now It’s okay to dream But how are you dreaming? Faith-Filled Friday I just love these profound but simple Debra paints from the heart of our Father. Oh, that we would be sowers of seeds that reflect His heart.
Good morning. You may weep as you go out carrying your seed to sow, but you will return with joyful laughter and shouting with gladness as you bring back armloads of blessing and a harvest overflowing! I desire that your life be full-full of blessings, that your harvest be plentiful. So look at the seeds that you are sowing. Let your seeds be kindness; let them be thoughtfulness, let your seeds be full of mercy and grace. Give to those who do not give. Love on those who do not love. Help those who cannot help. Visit those who cannot visit. My love, I am asking you to do what I would do. Bring joy and laughter wherever you go, that people will love to be around you, that you may share about Me and My goodness. Encourage each other in the journey and use your gifts to uplift all of those around you. But most important My beloved, come and fellowship with Me. Drink of the fountain that never runs dry and let My love continually fill you. Words to live by… Debra |
