Wednesday’s Word In the midst of all the pain, a light of truth shown so brightly that it paused the darkness named sorrow and suffering, and suddenly clarity came, out of nowhere, rendering me yet again humbled.
Thanks for joining me for Wednesday’s Word with Trench Classes United. Have you ever been so focused on what someone has done to hurt you that you had no idea you had a part in it? To step out of our own pain and pray for understanding is one of the hardest, but most rewarding spiritual exercises I have experienced. How do we step out of our own pain? Change our focus, and for many of us, that’s not so easy, at least for me it’s not. Proverbs 3:5 tells us to lean not on our own understanding… I recently spent an entire night praying with a heart that cried out for help, asking my Heavenly Father to hold me and to reveal my part in a very painful situation. I had been so immersed in and blinded by my own pain, I just knew I had to do something different, so instead of sitting in my pain, focusing on my right to be mad, hurt, and angry, I changed my focus. I didn’t ask Him to change the other person; I begged Him to reveal my part. Notice I didn’t run from my pain, as many of us are tempted to do. Society teaches us that we shouldn’t feel pain; we should only do what makes us happy. Why is that false? Because pain and sorrow can bring understanding, but only if we change our focus to the One whose plan is to help us, lift us up and out of ourselves that we may learn from the pain. In other words, sometimes it takes pain to learn a lesson, to discover more about ourselves, to cut away that which needs to go that we may become more like our Creator. My daughter-in-love gave me a beautiful word in the midst of this situation that emphasizes what I’m trying to share here: What we focus on expands. What is it I wish to expand? My pain or His plan? My heart now rejoices knowing my Father is so invested in expanding my understanding while diminishing my pain, bringing me more clarity that I would walk in victory thru this difficult season. Love, Kim-Evinda

Oh you are going to love this week’s love letter from God’s heart to Debra’s to yours!
~Love Letter~ My dear one, come freely and boldly to Me, where love is enthroned, and receive mercy's kiss. Discover the grace needed to strengthen you in your time of weakness. Come and spend time with Me that you may be strengthened each day. Come and be empowered to walk through each thing you are faced with, for it is My good pleasure to walk with you through each thing. When you are feeling overwhelmed or tired, My love, retreat to the arms of your Abba Daddy, and let Me hold and comfort you. There are times for everything, so come for a time of refreshing as you receive My love and mercy. Let everything that concerns you be drowned in My love this morning, for nothing but Me should dominate your mind. Beloved, be strong and courageous for I will fight for you, and you can rest in My love, in My care that is like nothing you have ever known. Debra Monday’s Message It’s not always about who’s wrong, or who’s right
It’s the push, the pull, the dirty, ugly fight We dream of white dresses and sweet, tender caresses But sometimes this marriage really gets to the best of us No two people are perfect; yet no love given from God goes unsurfaced and if we remember the real reason He placed us here, together, forever wedded There is a true meaning which is not about the butterflies and having the best of times It’s not about hiding the hard truth beneath mountains of lies But to be honest, To be real; To tell each other how you truly feel The good the bad, the ugly and the sad It may be tough but in the end it makes us, “us” It’s what makes us tough That true love; God given, undreamed of love So open up to that partner you married Someone you should trust who holds you accountable And for whom you are to be reliable It won’t always be easy, but His purpose prevails Always, and forever, utterly and completely. This thing called marriage was crafted and made So two people on earth could love each other Like Christ loves the church Blameless, and forgiving No scores kept ; No winning Always there when you trip on your feet Holding you up when the walk is rough To be there for one another Two bodies, one soul Showing the world how His perfect love helps us grow Faith-Filled Fridays ~Love Letter~
My chosen, I open the eyes of the blind and I fully restore those bent over with shame. I love those who love and honor Me. By My Spirit I draw you to Myself where I desire to save you, mind, body, soul and spirit. I desire you to be whole in every area of your life. As you come and spend time with Me, I will show you things. Let's clear away the rubble of the past, that you may move into what I desire for you. If you are always looking back, you will miss what I placed before you. Some have made their past their god by constantly worshiping it. Let Me heal and deliver you so you can move forward with all the great things I have for you. Use your mess for your message, not for a comparison story that your life and your pain was worse than anyone else's. Let all that you do and say glorify Me. Let your life be more about Me than about yourself and be filled with praise and thanksgiving. Beloved, I took ALL the pain of everybody and suffered and died that you can live a victorious life. See yourself walking along side Me as I show you things you did not know. What is the cry of your heart? What is it you would like Me to be for you today? Will you let go and let Me be that for you, without trying to control all the circumstances? For My ways are far above your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts. Even your imagination, as good as it is, cannot even come close to My splendor. Beloved, let Me be the One to WOW you with My creativity that is matchless in all the world. God…thru Debra Monday’s Message Happy Monday and thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message with Trench Classes United and Abigail. Come on in for a sweet message from a newly-married wife to her husband.
I had an inclination to write this for AJ one day at work. It came randomly but I also knew he was struggling and starting to feel very depressed. As a wife, we will never know the burdens our husband carries, and as a husband, he will never know the pressure we are under. No matter the pain, the pressure, or the stress you are enduring. But as a married couple, you are one, enduring together thru the same exact things – just in different ways. Marriage is teaching me to take a step back, pray, and ask the Lord to guide my way. He may just nudge you to say or write the right thing. When you’re depressed I’m around When you are feeling down Look around Feel my presence In this is a lesson A lesson to drop everything Just leave it be Your worries are never bigger than Me I am the only One who can meet your needs Give them to Me Kneel before me, all feelings pouring It’s okay Human nature will always get in the way But I have created you And it is I who will sustain you Come to me... Leave the pressures and your daily stressors They may be here today, but gone tomorrow or within the hour I have met your every need Listen to me Feel my presence Time is of the essence But timing is My message For you to live in patience Loving this gracious gift of Life Love Peace and feeling my presence Be fearless in your endeavors Find your passion and Your hands and heart will thank you forever Your life is a blessing Hugging you close to me… your Creator Faith-Filled Friday Oh what sweet words of wisdom to walk with for this new year! Thanks for joining us for Coffee Hour with Chicklit Power and Faith-Filled Friday’s with Trench Classes United. Enjoy this love letter from the heart of God to Debra’s heart now to yours.
Love Letter~ Good morning, My child. True love for Me means obeying My commands, and My commands don't weigh you down as heavy burdens. I never ask you to do anything that you cannot do; and then I give you the strength and the ability to do what I do ask. So My burden is not heavy. If you are feeling weighted down today, take a step back and do a quick inventory: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, then you will find what is putting a strain on you. Take care of yourself that you may be strong for My work. Rest when you need to rest. Take time with Me that your spirit can be refreshed. Be sharp, be quick to declare My Word. Have a Scripture for everything! Then you will have an encouraging word for everyone you meet along the way. Everything I do is to make you more like Me. Look at your life, your activities; do you look like Me? Beloved, let your love for Me flow through you causing you to love your neighbor as yourself. From His heart to yours, Debra Tuesday’s Truth The greatest gift ever given, the biggest sacrifice ever suffered is the “Who” and the “Why” of today.

Good morning, My love. Remember to stay alert and hold firmly to all that you believe. Be mighty and full of courage. Let love and kindness be the motivation behind all that you do. For love and kindness are what people remember. You can tell them about Me all day long, but unless you are compassionate, unless you love unconditionally, people barely hear you. But when your life lines up with My Word, that is when you become most effective. People want to be delivered from the hell they are living through now, they don't really care about the sweet by-and-by. Do you take the time to listen? Do you care about their struggle? Sometimes the best answer is to listen. Some just need to be heard. And when you take the time to just listen, oh My love, then you can shower them with love and compassion, for that is worth more than silver and gold. People need to know they are loved. Just like I gave My life for you, I gave My life for them. Beloved, embrace those I put in your path for they need your love and My life. Debra |
