Faith-Filled Friday What goes in is what comes out! Welcome to Faith Filled Friday with Debra and Trench Classes United.
Today’s Love Letter is a great reminder of just a couple of the benefits of filling our minds with Biblical Principles and Promises that will always steer us in the right direction if we keep them in our thoughts. ~Love Letter~ My child, fill your thoughts with My Words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. If My Word is filling your thoughts, there will be no room for swirling thoughts, no room for chaos or negative thoughts. Fill and keep filling yourself with My Word. As you learn to take your thoughts captive and keep them focused on Me, you will never be disappointed. Disappointment comes when things don't turn out like you expected. Remember My Word says that My ways are higher than your ways and if you're following in My ways, you will always win. Now that is some good news. 😊 Don't focus on the world news for that's not good news. Come and spend time with Me and let My Presence refresh and fill you to overflowing while filling you with hope. Isn't it exciting to know that I can turn every situation around for good? I said in My Word that I am for you; do you believe this? I never say something I don't mean. I never break a promise for I am not a man that I can lie. Beloved, dig out your old forgotten promises and let your renewed faith make them come alive again. ~Debra Dolce

Thursday’s Truthful Humor What do you do when you hear a verse being taken out of context? Or better yet, have you ever justified an action because of one verse?
Thanks for joining me for Thursday’s Truthful humor where we pull truth from humor. I found this little piece of humor that addresses this very thing on Christiansunite.com A young boy had just gotten his driving permit. He asked his father, who was a minister, if they could discuss the use of the car. His father took him to his study and said to him, "I'll make a deal with you. You bring your grades up, study your bible a little and get your hair cut and we'll talk about it." After about a month the boy came back and again asked his father if they could discuss use of the car. They again went to the father's study where his father said, "Son, I've been real proud of you. You have brought your grades up, you've studied your bible diligently, but you didn't get your hair cut!" The young man waited a moment and replied, "You know Dad, I've been thinking about that. You know, Samson had long hair, Moses had long hair, Noah had long hair, and even Jesus had long hair...." To which his father replied...."Yes, and they WALKED everywhere they went!" Oh, isn’t it true that we are to live by the Word of God, not use the Word of God to justify a behavior, a desire or action or attitude that goes against the Word of God?
