Faith-Filled Friday How many times do we get ahead of today and wind up wanting to run away?
Thanks for joining us for Faith-Filled Friday with Deborah Dolce and Trench Classes United. Today’s love letter is such a great reminder that we truly need to press in to the One who holds our tomorrow. ~Love Letter~ My warrior, refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Worry comes when your focus is on tomorrow, how you will do this or that. I am already in your tomorrow, just like I am in your today. If you can trust Me today, can you not trust My care for you on days that haven't arrived? This is the real question: do you trust Me? Focus on Me, in your today. Come and spend time with Me, learn of Me and all My ways, then you will know how to walk upright and pleasing to Me. Lay each care, each concern at the foot of the cross, where all things were settled, long before your life ever began. Scripture tells you that I chose you before the foundation of the world because I loved you. Since I chose you before the foundation, would I not care for you? Meditate on how I chose you because I loved you; that's exciting. Beloved, trust in Me, in My love for you, I will never leave you or forsake you. ~DebraDolce

Thursday Trench Truth Have you ever made a mistake that you beat yourself up for again and again, wishing you hadn’t done it, said it or even thought it?
Here’s the crazy thing about that: Wasting energy on thinking about a mistake creates yet another mistake but to learn from a mistake…well, that’s now a lesson learned. Learning and un-learning is the journey of life. His Word says: He who begun a good work will be faithful to complete it…until the time of Christ. Grace to you, my friends. For more encouragement, take a tour at www.trenchclassesunited.com and like our page at www.facebook.com/trenchclassesunited Wednesday Word She stared at the score in disbelief. The word that came out of her mouth was anything but Christ-like.
Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Kim-Evinda and Trench Classes United. She didn’t have time to really check what she had missed; she had to get on to the next thing on her to-do list, which seemed to be growing by the minute. Life had become a blur, the days blending into each other, and she didn’t like the pace she was living, let alone going. The mid-term had been set for Friday, a day that was already so full with to-do’s, but with determination to go in and get it done, she began her test, telling herself that she was going to nail it. The first question was not a good sign and after using five of the 90 minutes she had, she skipped it and went on to the next one. Within minutes, her confidence was beginning to diminish, and she literally began to shake as the minutes flew by while some answers seemed to remain at a distance. She powered through and was trembling by the time her time was up, though feeling somewhat accomplished and like she had done pretty well…until her grade popped up on the screen. 58 out of 75! What the…she felt as though the air had been punched out of her taking all of her self-control with it. Have you ever been surprised like this? Where you thought you had done better than what you actually did? I wish I could say that I remembered that our Heavenly Father doesn’t grade us like the education system does, but I didn’t. I literally sat in the disappointment and self-loathing for a while, and then tucked it away for later as I had too many things to tend to. How did I tuck it away? By simply saying, “I did the best I could do.” That should have ended it right there, but it didn’t. Unfortunately any time we partner with our negative thoughts, attitudes and actions follow. It took me five days to let this go and grab hold of His grace…again to keep moving forward and climbing the mountains in front of me. So what did I learn from this? Whatever negative thing we focus on the enemy empowers, and I don’t know about you, but I DO NOT want to partner with the enemy in anything in my life! We must make the exchange to change our focus. In Colossians 3:23-24, it says: “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." In other words, when I do my best and commit it to Him, He will do the rest! Thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message from Abigail Rice and Trench Classes United. What a beautiful verbal picture she writes about doing life with His Spirit. When you peel back the layers Of who you are versus who want to be What do you see? Ultimately, this flesh Leaves traces of disgust Drowning into spirals of debilitating lust Always searching Always looking For something beyond this earthly movie Until you drown it all out and you can no longer breathe As the deep waters surround Because deep down You know You know there is more than this worldly folklore There is a Spirit much greater Knocking at your door With the promise of a Saviour A sweet surrender A moment’s bliss This surely cannot be the feeling of happiness? No, my love That feeling is pure joy Like the laughter from a baby boy Like the tapping of a shoe As the praises rise up And the waters turn blue The calm amidst the chaos Making beauty come to life Seeing colors beyond our human eyes And as the sun begins to rise Take a deep breath And let this day begin Praying Spirit fill me Yield me to your ways As your fruits I do embrace Putting on all love And erasing all grudge Seeking the joy in each and every view As the mirror passes by I see peace in those eyes Wearing patience as my disguise With true kindness that exudes As goodness interludes A sweet melody of faith filled moves That could only be made By His Spirit of grace Coming from a place of meek self-restraint And so we begin the day The Spirit and I Walking side by side Feeling ever light As we walk amidst the night Finding the beauty in the simplicity of time "But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge]." - Galatians 5:22-23 ~Abigail Faith-Filled Friday Lifestyles, they show us a lot, right?
Thanks for joining us for Faith-filled Friday with Debra Dolce and Trench Classes United. Oh, how often have we seen words contradict lifestyle? Today’s Love Letter is for such a time as this. Enjoy. Love Letter~ My dear one, you were My expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to Me! I gave everything for you and there are some who don't give Me much thought and yet profess to be a "Christian." Christian is not a name but a lifestyle, a way of life, where I am the priority in everything you do, or even consider. Is this you, are you a follower of Me, a believer? Do you walk in My ways or only the ones that fit your lifestyle? You can't have it both ways. Living half in and half out doesn't produce the fruit that sustains true life. My Word says to take up your cross and follow Me. Look at the cross I picked up and carried and how I was beaten and then hung on, all for you. Do you sacrifice your own life for Me, for My ways? Do others outside your home know you're a believer, that you follow Me? My Word says to come out from among them and be separate. Separate yourself. Deny yourself the indulgences of the world and glorify Me with your life. Beloved, there is never a sacrifice made that I don't know about. ~DebraDolce Thursday Truthful Humor Welcome to Thursday’s Truthful Humor where we pull truth from humor.
There was a little old cleaning woman that went to the local church. When the invitation was given at the end of the service, she went forward wanting to become a member. The pastor listened as she told him how she had accepted Jesus and wanted to be baptized and become a member of the church. The pastor thought to himself, "oh my, she is so unkempt, even smells a little, and her fingernails are not clean. She picks up garbage, cleans toilets - what would the members think of her." He told her that she needed to go home and pray about it and then decide. The following week, here she came again. She told the pastor that she had prayed about it and still wanted to be baptized. "I have passed this church for so long. It is so beautiful, and I truly want to become a member." Again the pastor told her to go home and pray some more. A few weeks later while out eating at the restaurant, the pastor saw the little old lady. He did not want her to think that he was ignoring her so he approached her and said, "I have not seen you for a while. Is everything all right?" "Oh, yes," she said. "I talked with Jesus, and he told me not to worry about becoming a member of your church." "He did?" said the pastor. “Oh, yes" she replied. "He said even He hasn't been able to get into your church yet, and He's been trying for years." There are so many truths here that we could pull from this little funny, but let’s stick to loving our neighbor as ourselves, even when they’re not as clean as we’d like them to be For more encouragement, join our Insta fam and Facebook community and take a tour at www.trenchclassesunited.com Read more at http://jokes.christiansunite.com/Church/ Kim-Evinda Wednesday Word Have you ever watched others playing a game of chess or checkers?
Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Kim-Evinda and Trench Classes United. We are confident that you will receive something for your own journey with God from this Wednesday’s Word and that you will use it as a weapon of warfare in the battles of life. Not too long ago I got to experience watching two of my favorite littles play a game of checkers and it was quite thought-provoking and entertaining at the same time. I was quite impressed at the pause before each move, contemplation hanging in the air. Like, seriously! I didn’t know they had that in them😊 It made me stop and think, life can be and often is like a game of checkers. We all are presented with the gift of choice, choosing small and big things, and many choices have the right/wrong component to them and often affect those in our inner circle. When situations and circumstances arise as a result of someone else’s choice, don’t you just wish He would have made them to choose differently? Here’s what I have come to know (in Hebrew, the word know translates to yada which means to know with our inner being, in other words as a result of experience) that God doesn’t make things happen to cause us pain; but we can trust Him to work it all out for our good and His glory. How do I know? Well, to make a really long story short, after months of studying His Word, and years of nurturing my relationship with Him, I finally got brave enough to ask Him, “Why, Lord? Why did you allow this? Why couldn’t you stop him from molesting/hurting us?” To which I heard very, very clearly: “I wept every time he touched you that way.” And now soooo many years later, I again ask God, why, Abba, did you have me marry him if You knew he was going to do what he did? “Choice, Daughter, I give everyone free will but know that I work ALL things for your good and My glory.” God loves us enough to allow us to choose…but we don’t have to choose as if we are lost and wondering and wandering with no one to advise us. Jeremiah 29:12 says that He will listen to us when we call upon Him and when we seek Him with our whole heart, we will find Him…and the answer to each and every choice we have to or get to make. And as far as those choices made by others that affect us, well, Romans 8:28 never lies. 😊 Thoughtfully, Kim-Evinda Tuesday Truthful Humor Welcome to Tuesday’s Truthful Humor where we pull truth from humor
A young doctor had just opened his own practice and he felt really excited. On the first day, his secretary told him a man was there to see him. The young doctor told her to send him in. Pretending to be a busy doctor, he picked up the phone just as the man came in. "Yes, that's right. The fee is $200. Yes, I'll expect you ten past two. Alright. No later. I'm a very busy man." He hung up and turned to the man waiting. "May I help you?" "No," said the man, "I just came in to install the phone." Oh, my talk about a piece of humble pie! Why is there a propensity to pretend to be someone other than who we are? Oh, God wants us to be comfortable in our own skin by allowing His love to perfect all our imperfections… For more encouragement join our Insta Fam, our Facebook Community www.facebook.com/trenchclassesunited and take a tour at www.trenchclassesunited.com Read more at Christians Unite Clean Jokes Monday Message How can you question the power of God?
How can one ultimately endure The feeling of inadequacy The constant need for more Yet unbelief still rests on her shores? The waves crash in The ocean sings deep With a melody so soft So sweet Whispering Child, just believe Believe that I not only walk on these waters But move them And part them As easily as your breathe departs from within Child, believe in Me Believe this Mountain your climbing As you see the valley below slowly sinking Is all because you have faith The faith of a mustard seed And now you can see That all you need to do Is simply be Simply be a part of Me Simply radiate My energy I am here Accept Me Invite My Spirit to dwell With a love deeper than the deepest wells For I am transcending I am above all And with all I am All you will ever need Now go Go in peace ~Abigail |
