Faith-Filled Friday One of the Webster’s Dictionary definitions for complacency is relaxed unconcern!
Thanks for joining us for Faith-Filled Friday with Debra Dolce and Trench Classes United. Today’s love letter is a great reminder that contentment in the wrong things pulls us backwards, never forward. ~Love Letter~ My love, as My obedient child, never again shape your life by the desires that you followed when you didn't know better. This is a Word that I share with you often. With the busyness of life, it's easy to let your guard down and to fall in line with what everyone else is doing. Be diligent to protect your heart from complacency. When you get really comfortable with life, you begin to slip backwards. Nobody slips forward, it's just not done. Every step forward you take must be very intentional. Scripture says the steps of a righteous man are ordered by Me, but you have to choose to walk in those steps. How do you handle the things life throws at you? Some can be difficult, but I am right here with you. Do you turn to Me? Do you seek comfort in My Presence, in My Word? When I say I'll never leave you or forsake you, that means through everything. Beloved, when the weight of the world feels like it's crushing you, remember I created the world, and I can remove that heaviness and uplift you out of the complacency the world offers ~Debra Dolce

Thursdays Trench Truth Thanks for joining us today for Thursday’s Trench Truth. Let me ask you
this question: Do you get nervous when things are calm, waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak or…do you experience consistent healthy connection and contentment? We live in a world of distractions, and many of us have become comfortable in chaos, which interferes with participating in relationships the right way. Join us to learn how to leave distractions behind and concentrate o the things or the people that matter with our How to Love Who You Love Trench Class coming in January. beginning of the end as she read through some of her old blogs. Thanks for joining us for the final Wednesday’s Word for this year with Kim-Evinda and Trench Classes United. Our hope is that her blog will help shed some light on whatever is going on or will go on that threatens to send you to a dark place as we begin a New Year. Her own words took her back to this time when they were still together, and they were reading the Bible together. She would read the devotional and she would read the scriptures. This particular Advent devotion was about the word love…such a deep subject but it began correctly: love is not “dutiful,” but voluntary, and God, who sent His Son voluntarily to save each one of us was the ultimate example of love. The verses continued to confirm what she already knew, and yet, there’s no such thing as being able to grasp and hold this kind of love for it is uncontainable. She remembered shedding tears as she realized that every verse they had read together just reinforced and continued to illuminate a new level of love of God, from God and about God. She remembered the revelation she experienced in that moment: that the kind of love that God wanted her to express to her covenant partner was the kind that could only come from God, an unconditional love that forgave and moved forward. She shook her head back to the present, another revelation igniting spars in the dark crevices of her hurting soul: she had passed the test and though she didn’t get what she thought she was going to, a healed marriage, no one could ever take those three years of unconditional loving away from her. Yes, greater is He that is in her than he that is in the world. Friend, can I encourage you that when we partner with God, we will never be alone, no matter what we go through. Love, Kim-Evinda Tuesday Trench Truth Thanks for joining us for Tuesday’s Trench Truth.
Do you tend to feel upset when you feel others are distancing themselves from you and/or do you have a hard time being alone, or…Do you enjoy time with others and feel comfortable in your own skin when alone? You know, years ago, God caused me to run into myself, figuratively speaking, of course, and it was in those times of sitting by myself, but with Him, that the layers of unhealthy attitudes, thoughts and actions were peeled back, revealed, and dealt with. I no longer fear being alone, and am very comfortable in my own skin, which is huge considering all that I’ve been through. I’d love to help you do the same by helping you connect your past to your present for a better future in our How to Love Who You Love trench coming in January to Redlands and on Zoom! Between The dawn of creation and eternal damnation What does that mean? Am I here to just fill space and time? Or am i here to live this life with all my heart, soul, and mind? The latter is my answer But the former whispers It doesn’t get any better So I write this letter To myself when i need help A reminder of why i am here and why i am called to live a life with no fear Dear daughter, You are loved More than that you are tough This life is rough With words that become thoughts And thoughts that 12-27 become beliefs That tend to hide in the darkness beneath But here you are A work of art His masterpiece So who are you to believe That you aren’t enough Or that you’re too much So sick of life So frustrated that you are stuck in this rut This never ending cycle That seems to pull you in Until you feel you can no longer swim But darling, remember this: You are not here to swim You are here to live To walk on water Holding the hand of the Potter You are His clay And day by day You feel the cracks begin to break But how many cracks will it take Until you finally shatter And all you hear is endless chatter Telling you that you no longer matter But darling, you do You weren’t born to take this form Merely to weep and mourn We grieve because we know there is more and daughter if you can just hold on a little bit longer Take that rope That rope called hope And hold on tight Leave that empty baggage behind For you are a new creation And you have a new mind Now is your time Rise Rise into this life Because you only get to go around one time Stay in the fight Walk with might and be the light that breaks through the darkness and cracks stone made hearts That believe they are Fatherless Because you just might be the one That saves another soul and soon enough we'll meet again When we are finally clothed In our eternal home “For we know that if the tent which is our earthly home is destroyed (dissolved), we have from God a building, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. Here indeed, in this [present abode, body], we sigh and groan inwardly, because we yearn to be clothed over [we yearn to put on our celestial body like a garment, to be fitted out] with our heavenly dwelling,” - 2 Corinthians 5:1-2 Faith-Filled Friday It’s two days before the most celebrated holiday…are you stressed or
blessed? Thanks for joining us for Faith-Filled Friday with Debra Dolce and Trench Classes United. Today’s Love Letter is a great reminder that the gifts of love and compassion are free to us and free to give. ~Love Letter~ My chosen one, come to Me! Come to Me and let Me quench your thirst! Believe in Me so that rivers of living water will burst out from within you, flowing from your innermost being, just like the Scripture says. When you are thirsty and come to Me to drink then you will be filled with living water. It is My living water that will flow from within you and touch the hearts of men and women around you. Pray to be effective where I have placed you. As you spend time with Me and in My Word, you are equipped with everything you need to minister effectively. Remember it's not your abilities that change the hearts of people, but it's My Spirit. I can use your love and compassion to soften the hearts of the hardened. Remember Scripture says when you found Me thirsty, you gave Me a drink. When I was poorly clothed you clothed Me and when I was in prison and you visited Me. You see, when you do things for others you do them for Me. Beloved, you have no idea how love and compassion touch the hearts of those around you. ~Debra Dolce Thursdays Trench Truth Do you often feel misunderstood and/or experience unmet expectations in your
relationships that lead to disappointment or…are you able to speak up and let others know they hurt/disappointed you without an attitude? I don’t know about you, but one of my pet peeves is to “feel” misunderstood. I have learned that part of feeling this way is because of unreasonable expectations, and more often than not, not intentional. We’d love to give you the tools to understand others which will go a long way in being understood and create reasonable expectations with those you love, and even those you don’t. member, friend, coworker or special someone? Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Kim-Evinda and Trench Classes United. Today’s blog gives us words from the heart that keep on giving all year long. The Gifts of the Season © It’s not about the presents under the Christmas tree But the presence of love we feel from friends and family It’s not about the shopping that we feel we must do But about the gift that’s already been given to me and to you The gift is a gift that money can’t buy The birth and death of Christ; it is for you and I It’s not about making a list and checking it twice And buying countless gifts for the naughty or nice The reason for this season isn’t about all the debt and stress But a time to offer special gifts such as patience and forgiveness Or maybe a gift of time for one whose time here is running out A meal for a family in need to encourage hope where there is doubt Or maybe someone needs a helping hand to accomplish a tedious chore Or a neighbor needs some company so they are not so lonely anymore Oh, if we would take the materialism out of this season And in its place remember that redemption is our reason Yes, these kinds of gifts come freely to those walking in His Spirit For they will outlive materialism, though the world doesn’t hear it No matter what this year has brought We can still give the gifts that cannot be bought May love, joy, peace and patience, kindness, gentleness, and self-control too Be the gifts you give away freely and part of all that you endeavor to do into the New Year. Love, Kim-Evinda Monday Message Have you ever been ignored when you walk into a room?
Thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message with Abigail Rice and Trench Classes United. Today’s message is a great reminder that though we can’t see Him, He is always there; we are not alone. We only need acknowledge Him and He will meet us in our need. You are always there The wind blowing the air Reminding me that you care The moon in the sky That never ceases to hide The stars that shine No matter the day No matter the time You are all around And You are radiating pure light and when I start to question All of life’s demands and stresses You remind me why Because Your Son came and died And by the blood that poured from the holes in His hands And the crown that pierced through all hearts of man Here I stand A sinner born again By the grace of Your plan Here I am Fully indebted to You Your warrior Your soldier Your earthly molder and by the same Spirit that raised you from the dead I live (Romans 8:11) Never the same Ever again Through the hardships I plant My feet firm on the ground As I fight against every principality That attempts to persuade me and surround The darkness cannot bound Because of the life You so generously gifted My heart and my soul have shifted To a place where I can feel every weight And still believe that all is well Because You hold my fate A Father’s Love Beyond the stars Running deep And stretching far I breathe it in As I sigh and pray Simply giving thanks To my Father, Yahweh “Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjusting guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and death. For God has done what the Law could not do, [its power] being weakened by the flesh [the entire nature of man without the Holy Spirit]. Sending His own Son is the guise of sinful flesh and as an offering for our sin, [God] condemned sin in the flesh [subdued, overcame, deprived it of its power over all who accept that sacrifice],” - Romans 8:1-3 |
