Faith-Filled Friday Have you ever done something or said something you wished you hadn’t?
Thanks for joining us for Faith-Filled Friday with Debra Dolce and Trench Classes United. Today’s Love Letter reminds us that only He has the power to right what was wrong. ~Love Letter~ My child, how enriched you are when you crave righteousness! For you will be satisfied. When you were living for yourself, you went with your every desire, filling up your need for Me with all your other gods. You chose to live your life with whatever was the most satisfying at that moment. But now that you have surrendered your life to Me, the One true living God's time to let go of all your desires and follow whole-heartedly after Me. The fight between flesh and spirit is difficult and you must be constantly surrendering your flesh. To chase after righteousness is to willingly lay down your attitudes and actions that do not align with Christ. Because you live in a tent of flesh, it is a constant surrender. As you take those steps to follow Me and to crave righteousness, you will be satisfied. This true satisfaction comes from nowhere or no one else but Me. You can spend a lifetime searching for what you find in just one touch from My hand. Beloved, come and receive that touch. ~Debra Dolce

Thursdays Trench Truth Did you have a critical and/or angry parent whose approval you tried to win, and/or do
you find yourself doing things in order to feel accepted and approved of or…Do you acknowledge you are not perfect and allow others room for their weaknesses? I for one had a very angry and critical parent, and even foster parents so I grew up with a hard-to-satisfy need to be accepted and approved of. After working through a lot of my childhood, I have learned that I don’t need to blame my mom or even my foster parents because how they were loved and parented is exactly how they loved and parented. I have broken that cycle and I would love to help you learn how to love those you love healthier so you can be happier by helping you connect past to present for a better future, plan on joining us for How to Love Who you Love. Coming in January! Truthfully,, Kim-Evinda Wednesday Word The words of the worship song did what the coffee hadn’t quite accomplished: woke her
up, her mind and her heart. Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Trench Classes United and Kim-Evinda. “I just want to move your heart, caught up in your presence” …the words sparked with the realization that for a while now, when she’d come to her quiet time, she had come seeking to be comforted, to have questions answered, to be free from her current season full of growing pains, both emotionally and spiritually, not to move His heart. In other words, she came to receive, not give; she had come to take, not give. Somewhere, and she knew where and when, she had strayed from true worship. The realization washed with a sweet conviction, not condemnation. She knew this because if it was condemnation, she would have stayed focused on the wrong committed versus the One who makes it right. No, the truth rendered her soul thankful, humbled and she was able to sit in peace, calm and thankfulness despite the season she’d been in for nearly two years. When this truth settled into her soul, she heard the echo of her counselor’s voice from just the night before. He had made a statement that was really a question and it was so profoundly validating: “one of the toughest questions to answer on a spiritual level is how to keep your rest, your peace in a storm such as this. When you find the answer, let me know.” She smiled realizing that not only had Abba lifted her gaze out of her own heart and back into His, but He had been kind enough to give her the answer to this very question about finding peace in a storm, finding that undeniable rest in chaos. She could hardly wait to text him and share her Abba-given answer. Friend, can I lovingly encourage you when you come to meet with Abba each day, come with an attitude of true worship to find the wonder, which is to give, not take, for then you shall receive. Lovingly, Kim-Evinda Tuesday Trench Truth Tis the season to…it’s always time for a little giggle! Thanks for joining us for Tuesday’s
Truthful Humor where we pull truth from humor I think Santa Claus is a woman.... Think about it. Christmas is a big, organized, warm, fuzzy, nurturing social deal, and I have a tough time believing a guy could possibly pull it all off! For starters, most men don't even think about selecting gifts until Christmas Eve. Once at the mall, they always seem surprised to find only Makita, Dewalt or Craftsmen products, socket wrench sets, and never look at feminine gifts on the shelves. On this count alone, I'm convinced Santa is a woman. Surely, if he were a man, everyone in the universe would wake up Christmas morning to find a rotating musical Chia Pet under the tree, still in the bag. Another problem with a he-Santa is the reindeer issue. Even if the male Santa DID have reindeer, he'd still have transportation problems because he would inevitably get lost up there in the snow and clouds and then refuse to stop and ask for directions. Other reasons why Santa can't possibly be a man: - Men can't pack a bag. - Men would rather be dead than caught wearing red velvet. - Men don't answer their mail. - Men would refuse to allow their physique to be described even in jest as anything remotely resembling a "bowlful of jelly" - Men aren't interested in stockings unless somebody's wearing them. - Having to do the Ho Ho Ho thing would seriously inhibit their ability to pick up women. Oh, my, it’s true that most men don’t get as involved as we do, but ask any of them if they enjoy the benefits…isn’t that what matters most? miracle has exited your body, right? Thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message with Abigail Rice and Trench Classes United. Today’s message is a reminder that tough times can be like labor in childbirth in that there is agony in the process and relief at the end. Into the night she screams Into the day she bleeds Agony Fighting an invisible battle no one can see Or seem to fathom Or believe Absurdity Hands shaking Body breaking This is one for the taking As he tries to take my soul Now I know This battle is real Attempting to kill Every last ounce Of my hearts goodwill All for the sake of sharing my Good Lord’s name and like birth pains The contractions get sharper The labor gets harder Barely treading above the water You feel like you can’t breathe No, not one more push Or one more scream and then you hear the first cry His Holy Angels sing Born again With new hope of no end Because you remember this feeling Of this new life with Him A child created to live by Light And let Light in an for His love to be spread I would endure it all over again “For affliction comes not forth from the dust, Neither does trouble spring forth out of the ground. But man is born to trouble as the sparks and flames fly upward. As for me, I would seek God and inquire of and require Him, And to God would I commit my cause - Who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number” - Job 5:6-9 Faith-Filled Friday Have you ever been stuck in your own opinions, not even aware of what
our Heavenly Father’s are? Today’s Love Letter addresses the importance of allowing His thoughts to change opinions that don’t align with His principles and promises which will ultimately lead us to victory…again and again. ~Love Letter~ My dear one, trust in Me, the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart, rely on Me to guide you, and I will lead you in every decision you make. Meditate on this good Word. You say you trust Me, but do you really? Do you rely on Me to guide and to lead you in every decision you make? This is where difficulties come from. When you start listening to your own opinions then the decisions become hazy, and you can't see clearly. Then you don't understand when things don't go right. A lot has been lost because of such decisions. It's better to wait on Me and get a clear picture. As you learn to still yourself in My Presence and wait on Me, it will get easier to hear Me. Come and spend time with Me for I delight in you. Learn My ways and get to know My heart so that your direction will be clear. When you know My heart and My ways a lot of your decisions will be easier. Beloved, become intimate with Me in whatever you do, and I will lead you wherever you go. ~Debra Dolce Thursdays Trench Truth Do you tend to struggle to show emotions/cry and think that those who want more
connection with you are too needy, or…are you comfortable with emotions and able to offer comfort to those who need it? If you tend to struggle, perhaps your emotional dashboard is in the off position. What do I mean by that? Well, think about the warning lights that come on in your car, for example, when you’re low on gas, or your tires are needing air, or the check engine light. Don’t you normally take care of that? Of course you do or you wouldn’t get to where you’re going. Just as a car has a dashboard of signals, so do we have an emotional dashboard, and if it is in the off position, we will not only eventually become an emotional wreck, but we will also cause them. If you’d like to learn how to recognize and respond to those signals in your emotional dashboard, you won’t want to miss How to Love Who You Love coming in January. Truthfully, Kim-Evinda Wednesday Word She scrolled through her Facebook news feed and stopped abruptly, the
picture staring her in the face rendering her angry all over again. Have you ever experienced a recurring anger that kept you keeping a record of the wrongdoing by others? Thanks for joining us for Wednesday’s Word with Kim-Evinda and Trench Classes United. Today’s blog Tears ran down her face as she continued to stare at the two people whose choices had changed her life forever. She even went as far as to blow up the picture to really check out his eyes to see if he was happy or experiencing any kind of peace. The result didn’t make her feel better. “When will this stop hurting, Abba,” she cried out aloud. He answered her the next morning in her quiet time which found her in Matthew 18. As she read thru the chapter, she came to an abrupt halt at the 18th verse: “Assuredly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” She read the words again, and an understanding that could only come from His Spirit shone a light down into the crevices of her soul, revealing a new meaning for her in her SOAR [Season of Adultery Recovery] journey. She had read this verse many times before, in fact too many to count and never had she heard this revelation. In fact, she had always received these words in the context of possessions. This time, these words spoken by Jesus Himself all those years ago were speaking to her personally and teaching her two truths about forgiveness. She began to journal her thoughts: First, God knew there were going to be situations and choices of others that would hurt us deeply and cause triggers of reminders of the offense Second: Forgiveness is not always a one and done deal; a trigger doesn’t have to be a reminder of the offense, but another opportunity to forgive. She was comforted by His Word for it helped her to rest in His ability instead of her own inability. This resting would release the gavel from her hand and return it back to her Father’s, every single time she was triggered. “Abba, your Word says it, so help me live like I believe it.” Friend, is there something or someone that you are reminded of and triggered at any reminder of the offense? Can I encourage you with this truth: He understands your struggle in this area of forgiveness and when you ask for His grace, you are able to extend mercy [to the undeserving]. Love, Kim-Evinda Tuesday Trench Truth Years ago, I did a study on the history of Christmas and was rendered
changed. What I learned has caused me to look at why I do what I do at this time of year and for who. I mean, I had a list of who I bought for that was literally a mile plus long! But why? It wasn’t just because I love to give; but an obligation that was truly self-serving. Why do I say that? Because I wanted to fit in, be accepted and look kind, giving and all the other compliments that can come from gift- giving. Now when I create my list to check who’s been naughty or nice, I think twice! In other words, why do I do what I do for whom I do it? Here’s a simple 3-point checker to keep in mind this Christmas to keep Christ in your gift-giving: 1. What is my motive behind the gift? 2. Is it self-serving or other-serving? 3. Does it fulfill your need/want or theirs? To keep Christ in your Christmas story, don’t give because it’s obligatory. Truthfully, Kim-Evinda Monday Message Have you ever sat and stared into an open fire? It can be either soothing or
frightening, it just depends on perspective. Thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message which is a great reminder of the Refiner’s Fire and its purpose to burn away all that takes away from our purpose of living a Christ-fueled life. Playing with fire is a dangerous game But it’s one I welcome and dare to play Because along the way You might bend You might break But you’ll burn every lie That got you here in the first place and it’s all a part of the game This twisted game called life Filled with sorrow Despair Depression and strife So let’s go for a ride Down to the deep dark crevices Of your mind and set a fire… An un-taming fire Filled with love and inextinguishable desire To truly know The soul Within this body This mind This space This time To get back to those roots You must pull every weed And burn every shoot To dig up the soul Slowly burning in Sheol To awaken it’s new birth and recognize and know Father Time Mother Earth and God of the Universe The Son who took on time In the form of a man To receive a death The ultimate sacrifice and Mother Earth The Spirit that awakens the stars To guide you this far All for the sake of eternity and our hearts true King God of the Universe May peace and blessings shower upon thee Sincerely, God the Father God the Spirit God the King “But if anyone’s work is burned up [under the test], he will suffer the loss [of it all, losing his reward], Though he himself will be saves, but only as [one who has passed] Through fire.” - 1 Corinthians 3:15 |
