MONDAY MESSAGE Ever feel like you’re going to fall apart, or want to run away, confused by it all?
Thanks so much for joining us for Monday’s Message with Abigail and Trench Classes United. Let’s face it, friends, there are times when we just feel storm-tossed, but there is One who remains constant, working all things together for the greater good, including ours. Like a red sparrow Hunting with no arrow Yet, set out on a mission To live this life she has been given Picking up bits and pieces Fragments of wisdom As she flies along the rough mountain ridges Ready for battle Her mind sharp Infallible Feeling the power As the wind surrounds her Encompassing this moment Marking her surroundings Knowing that one day She will look back on this & see it clearly Profoundly Perceiving that this season This time that seems like a riddle of rhyme With no reason Was the moment of significance The weight lifting as it it seeped in That light she's been chasing contemplating Where it had gone? But all this time She was wrong Because all along That light she thought finally seeped in She actually just started to believe in Her mission no longer about seeking shelter But to see the cards that have been dealt to her The moments that seemed like utter hell to her That light was there Pulling her Helping her Finding her way in the dark Listening to the songs of the meadowlark Her Guardian Angel Her Savior He was there As she fell into the deep pits Along the jutting mountain ridge He held her In the hours of pure agony Of wearisome fits & He sang a song That went something like this: "For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, Yet My love and kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, Says the Lord, who has compassion on you. O, you afflicted, storm-tossed and not comforted, Behold, I will set your stones in fair colors and lay your foundations with sapphires. And I will make your windows and pinnacles of [sparkling] agates or rubies, And your gates of [shining] carbuncles, And all your walls of precious stones." - Isaiah 54:10-12 ~Abigail Rice
