Monday’s MessageYou bring pure joy into this earth
Your baby blues have turned hazel As you start to view the world in color Minus the labels You smile when are happy And cry when you are mad Your emotions are not hidden As you live in a world where it is oft We are told to forbid them To hide our true feelings To turn the other cheek Yes, we must be meek But there comes a time when it is our turn to speak To speak for the weak Whether they be Jew, Gentile, or Greek It is not our job to Judge But our Father's up above and baby boy with your heart so full of love I pray you speak light and when push comes to shove you look up When this world tries to tell you what to do Seek answers from the One who created you The sky He created blue The grass he painted green With a rainbow of flowers speckled in between The colors we see They were created for you and me To stand in awe at His masterpiece True beauty A glimpse of what Heaven may be Our heaven on earth we call art and I pray those gentle eyes see that from the start For now let your pure innocence and joy Melt our hearts As we lay down our guards “From the mouth of infants and nursing babies You have established strength Because of your adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease. When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained; What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him?” - Psalms 8:2-4 “Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.” - Matthew 7:1-2 -Abigail Rice
