Monday Message

If you’ve ever been on a diet, you know that you replace not-so-good
food with better food choices. The same is true in our spiritual lives.

Thanks for joining us for Monday’s Message with Abigail Rice and
Trench Classes United. Today’s poem relates to our spiritual selves and
replacing the fear, confusion, doubt with faith…it is in our brokenness
that His power makes us whole.

You spirit of confusion
You spirit of fear
I cast you out
and by the blood of Christ
you will not come near
My heart
My home
My soul
may all be broken
But soon will be renewed
For every promise from my Father
Will hold true
My heart may ache
My soul may thirst
But the pain
Will be worth
Every ounce of joy
As the walls are destroyed
I worship You
and You alone
For You my Father
Are my home
